Xero improvements

There have been several new improved features added to Xero recently:

• The ability to tailor reports to reflect your preferred layout
• Business performance indicators such as gross profit percentage can be added to your dashboard for immediate monitoring of monthly performance fluctuations
• Payroll module (additional cost if more than one employee)
